Led by Wadandi Noongnar (Aboriginal) and Ait Koedal (Torres Strait Islander) artist Tyrown Waigana, this workshop invites all young BIPOC visual artists of all skill levels to come and develop their practise in painting and creating art in portraiture. All materials will be provided, just bring your ideas!

About Tyrown Waigana
Tyrown Waigana is a multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer. His practices range from painting, illustration, sculpture, animation and graphic design.
His works explore fantasy and surreal concepts, pieced together with elements of observational, satirical, puns and surreal humour throughout his animations and illustrations. Recently publishing his first picture book ‘The Rest Of Your Lifes Gonna Be Shit', his work has also been exhibited in Fremantle Art Centers Revealed Exhibition 2019 where it was sold to Department of Local Government, Sports and Cultural Industries (WA) Collection.
