Maritime Music Series #5 featuring Mal de Mer

A special performance by 6-piece funk band Mal de Mer filmed on the balcony at the WA Maritime Museum overlooking Fremantle Harbour, in collaboration with Dual Pixel Creative and RTRFM.

Fusing genres and textures, Mal de Mer are favourites of Perth’s indie world and are excited to perform their new song ‘Mirage’. Mirage is a new unheard track off Mal de Mer’s upcoming sophomore EP ‘Sanguine’. The group serves up a funky, synth pop number that gets you on your feet, while also nonchalantly navigating the emotions that come up when you leave a toxic partner behind.
